The DigitalCity project is creating the most vibrant digital hub in the UK, right here in Middlesbrough. The project is delivered by two joined up organisations - the Institute of Digital Innovation (IDI) at the University of Teesside and DigitalCity Business at the Boho Zone.

Middlesbrough Companies are involved in creating games used on many gaming platforms such as Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii.
The £12 million IDI building harnessed the resources and capabilities of the University of Teesside. It is fast becoming a powerhouse for all things digital including the DigitalCity fellowship programme which has created over 50 exciting new digital start up companies.
