Add Dorman Museum to your Itinerary

The Dorman Museum has a huge collection of items from the fantastic to the fabulous, from natural history and geology to social history and Victorian arts and craft. Interesting and fun for all ages and abilities. Our recent re-developments have created 8 galleries and 3 exhibition spaces and mean there's something for everyone including plenty of hands-on activities, objects and children's trails. Experience life in a bomb shelter, investigate local history, explore the natural world and come face to face with ancient civilisations. Changing exhibition programme and regular holiday events. Fully accessible and FREE.
