An art enterprise with creative shop, gallery and workspace, selling high quality, fresh & affordable arts and crafts by emerging and established local artists, designers and crafty types.
The proud home of the arts apprenticeship scheme, encouraging and inspiring young people aged 16+, whilst they gain invaluable hands-on work experience and proven routes into training and employment,
Gallery TS1 and the apprenticeship scheme were initiated and are supported by Middlesbrough Council Culture and tourism Services.
Gallery TS1 is now open for business all year round. Buy local produce and support local artistic talent here!!

Road Directions
Take the A19, turn off onto the A66 and follow the signs for the town centre. Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham and York are under an hour away - Leeds is a little further. Gallery TS1 is situated on Corporation Road opposite the Empire. There are plenty of car parks within five minutes walk of Gallery TS1.
Public Transport Directions
You'll find Gallery TS1 bang in the heart of Middlesbrough. From the train station it's a short walk up Albert Road, then turn left at the crossroads onto Corporation Road and Gallery TS1 is on your left. From the bus station it's a short walk along Corporation Road and carry on along Corporation Road, past the crossroads and Gallery TS1 is on your left.
