Animex Game is part of the Animex 2008 festival.
Animex Game is five years old and will be celebrating with a great line up of speakers!
There will be plenty for everyone with sessions on graphics in the HD era, games audio design, scriptwriting, art and design. We'll also get a sneak preview of some exciting titles in the making such as Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman!
We're delighted to announce that Valve will be returning to discuss the art of Team Fortress 2. Art Director and concept artist Ken Wong will be delivering a workshop and a talk on what he's doing at Spicy Horse, his latest venture with American McGee.
Those with an interest in level design will be pleased to hear we are being joined by level designers Mark Davies from Ninja theory (Heavenly Sword), Jordan Thomas designer of many notable levels including Fort Frolic (Bioshock) and Shalebridge Cradle (Thief 3) and of course the
ever popular Animex regular Levelord!
2007 introduced Players' Lounge, an evening networking session aimed at gamers, games students and the games industry. The event was so successful we've decided to make it a regular feature and now due to a change of venue there's room for everyone!
