mima Summer Art Fair: 'Ornament is Crime?'

This festival celebrates the best of Middlesbrough, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to learn about the heritage of the area and its industrial roots, whilst sampling the town's contemporary culture, arts, events, outdoor activities and much more.

Join us for mima’s annual summer art fair. With over 80 stalls, a rich variety of exhibitors will come together to present activities and adventures that uncover themes of ‘ornamentation’, and its lasting presence on our everyday lives. International artist Richard Slee leads the vision for this years’ event.
