Music For Your Pleasure with the Scarborough Spa Orchestra
In its 95-year history, the legendary Scarborough Spa Orchestra has upheld the very best traditions of presenting live concerts of popular classics and light music throughout the summer season both “on the Spa” and out on tour.
The Middlesbrough Theatre has fast become one of their favourite venues, and they are delighted to be able to bring another programme of their unique brand of musical entertainment to delight their enthusiastic audience here.
Expect the usual mix of waltzes, marches, novelties and songs from the shows in a typically varied programme.

Road Directions
From the A19 take the A1130 (signposted Acklam/Middlesbrough)
At the roundabout take the second exit up Mandale Road.
At the T-junction by the Coronation pub, turn left onto Acklam Road.
At the traffic lights, turn right into Green Lane.
Continue past the College of Art and Design and take the fifth turning on the left into the Avenue.
The route is signposted throughout with the brown “mask” signs (although the one on Acklam Road indicating the right turn into Green Lane is slightly obscured by a bus shelter and can easily be missed).
Public Transport Directions
Busses run regularly from Middlesbrough Bus Station to Middlesbrough Theatre, The Avenue.
